How we work
We start with your team, not a course.
A training provider that hands you a course catalogue is asking you to diagnose your own problem. We would rather do that part ourselves. Here is exactly what happens between your first email and our final report.
Understand the problem
We speak with the person leading the team and ask participants what they handle, where they struggle and what gets in their way.
A survey uncovered a problem the team hadn’t identified. All 11 advisors said they were confident in their skills. Yet all 11 were escalating unfamiliar customer messages to a supervisor. The reason wasn’t a lack of confidence. There was no written standard for them to follow. That finding changed the training agenda.
Build around their work
We use your real customer messages, calls, presentations, channels and situations rather than generic examples.
Practise the skill
Teams work through real situations and build practical tools they can use after the session.
Show you what changed
You receive a report covering what was taught, what the team built, what participants said and what the business may need to address.
Follow up
For programmes that need reinforcement, we return after a few months and repeat the survey to see what has changed.
Formats
Shaped around your floor, not our diary.
Half-day and full-day sessions for a single team, delivered in shifts where the service floor cannot be left short-staffed.
Multi-week programmes with weekly modules and one habit to practise between each, closing with an in-person simulation lab.
Delivered on-site, at a venue of your choosing, or online across our markets.
The first conversation costs nothing.
An hour with you and whoever leads the team. If training is not the answer, we will tell you that instead.
