Corporate training programmes for business teams
Our programmes cover the skills businesses rely on every day. Each one is adapted to your team, role and working environment.
Every programme below has been delivered to real teams and is rebuilt for each client. Timings, group sizes and content are set after we have spoken to your people.
Customer Experience and Service
- Who it’s for
- Call centres, branch and frontline staff, service supervisors, customer experience teams.
- The problem we help solve
- The team is confident and capable, but every person handles the same situation differently, nothing is written down, and nobody can state the response-time target the business expects.
- What your team will learn
- A four-step structure for calls and face-to-face moments; a seven-step structure for written replies on WhatsApp, email and social media; a sequence for calming an angry customer; and clarity on what the regulator requires.
- What they’ll leave with
- Agreed rules on what they resolve, what they escalate, plus a reply guide and standard replies they wrote themselves.
- How it works
- A half or full day per group, groups of six to twelve, delivered in shifts so the floor stays covered.
Communication, Influence and Executive Presence
- Who it’s for
- Relationship and coverage teams, managers, senior specialists, anyone who presents to clients or executives.
- The problem we help solve
- Capable senior people who lose authority under pressure: they hesitate, over-explain, get defensive, or go quiet when they do not have the answer.
- What your team will learn
- How to hold credibility when you don’t know the answer; a structure for answers under pressure; carrying a risk, delay or no into a senior room; handling challenge without defensiveness; storytelling to win a mandate.
- What they’ll leave with
- A one-page personal playbook they build and keep.
- How it works
- Four weekly modules of 60 to 90 minutes with a practice habit between each, closing with an in-person simulation lab. Runs well online.

Digital Marketing and Management
- Who it’s for
- Marketing and communication teams, business owners and managers now accountable for digital channels.
- The problem we help solve
- The channels exist and somebody posts, but nobody can say what any of it is for or whether it is working.
- What your team will learn
- A clear objective for each channel; who they are actually reaching; working knowledge of the tools they already pay for; paid advertising basics, and when not to spend.
- What they’ll leave with
- A simple monthly report a managing director can read.
- How it works
- One to three days, or a series of shorter sessions.
Social Media and Content
- Who it’s for
- In-house social teams, community managers, brand and content staff.
- The problem we help solve
- Content is produced on instinct and volume, engagement is treated as the goal, and public complaints are handled nervously or not at all.
- What your team will learn
- A content approach tied to a business objective; writing for each platform; handling praise and complaints in public; a working community-management routine.
- What they’ll leave with
- Reporting that goes beyond follower counts.
- How it works
- One to two days, with hands-on work on the client’s own channels.
AI at Work: Practical AI Training for Teams
- Who it’s for
- Whole departments, service teams, marketing teams, operations.
- The problem we help solve
- Most of the team is already using these tools, quietly and without any rules, including on customer information.
- What your team will learn
- Practical use for drafting, tone-checking, translating and summarising; and the discipline that nothing is sent without being read by a person.
- What they’ll leave with
- A single clear rule on what never goes into a public tool, and prompts built around their actual work.
- How it works
- A half or full day, best delivered alongside one of the programmes above.
